Delivery Schedule Orders received before 2.00pm UK Time Monday to Friday will normally be despatched on the same day. All other orders will be despatched on the next working day.

 Value Added Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, the 20% VAT is not included unless otherwise stated on the product website page.

Import Taxes and Customs Duties  Charges applied to products ordered from outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer. Witherby Publishing Group is unable to assess or control these costs which must remain your responsibility to pay.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
