Our shipping partner is UPS. Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you a link to track your order.
The estimated delivery times for orders are:
UK: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of World: 3-7 working days.
Please note that orders to Europe and Rest of World may be delayed by customs.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International Shipping Charges: Please be aware that your local carrier might levy additional fees in accordance with your country's legislation and customs. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control as sellers. We do however have distributors worldwide that you can buy from locally, please click here to view our full list of authorised sellers.
Note for customers in the Middle East: Due to couriers currently adjusting their shipping routes in the region, your order may experience delays. All customers will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched to stay updated on your delivery.
