Marketing Intern – 6-month fixed term contract

Witherby Publishing Group is a specialist publisher of marine training, reference and regulatory material for the shipping industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate to join our busy Marketing department on a 6-month fixed term Living Wage contract.

Reports to: Head of Marketing


Key responsibilities of the Marketing Intern’s post include, but are not limited to:

*To assume responsibility for developing and maintain all mailing lists

*To update Company’s CRM system

*To assist with the distribution of marketing material

*Updating of Company websites

*Assume responsibility for updating social media feeds

*To produce data on tracking sales figure and marketing objectives

*Maintaining Catalogues

*Assist in carrying out market research

*Develop branded promotional products

*Maintenance of product information across databases ensuring alignment on all platforms

*Assisting Marketing Executive to organise and attend industry events

*Providing ad hoc support to Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive

*Creating promotional material for the Company’s website

*Miscellaneous admin work
